Open CareerLister login

Open CareerLister and sign in with an administrator account for your company. Make sure you are working in the CareerLister company that should receive the linked Numbers account.

Open CareerATS Numbers and generate access

Open CareerATS Numbers in CareerLister

In CareerLister Admin, open CareerATS Numbers. Select Generate CareerATS Numbers PIN. Generating access creates both the six-digit PIN and its matching single-use Stripe promotion code.

1. The direct page is https://www.careerlisterapp.com/admin/numbers.
2. The PIN expires after seven days.
3. Each PIN can create only one CareerATS account.

Keep the PIN and continue to CareerATS

The confirmation page displays the CareerLister PIN, Stripe promotion code, and expiration time. Keep this page open for reference, then select Continue to CareerATS signup.

1. You enter the six-digit PIN during signup.
2. CareerATS stores and applies the longer Stripe promotion code automatically; you do not need to type it separately.

Change the Account Type and enter the PIN

Go to https://careerats.com/signup. On the CareerATS signup page, change Account Type to Numbers only. Enter the six-digit CareerLister PIN and wait for the available company information to load. Fill in the entire signup form, including every required field.

Create the CareerATS login and password

In Create the first account owner, choose the login and password for the company’s CareerATS administrator. Enter the password again in Confirm password, choose the user timezone, and select Submit.

1. Confirm that User email and Confirm user email match.
2. The password must contain at least eight characters.
3. The first user is created as the company’s manager login.

Sign in and start the Numbers subscription

After the account is created, sign in to CareerATS with the administrator login and password created during signup. The Numbers-only account opens Billing because subscription setup is required. Select Pay $9.99 and subscribe.

Confirm the free subscription in Stripe

On Stripe Checkout, verify that the CareerLister promotion code appears, the discount is 100%, and the total due today is $0.00. Select Subscribe to activate the recurring Numbers subscription. After Stripe returns you to CareerATS, click Numbers in the main menu.

1. The regular Numbers-only price remains visible as $9.99 per month.
2. The CareerLister discount offsets the full price, so no payment method is required for the $0 subscription.
