Calendar

Configure calendar settings

Change company defaults first

Open calendar settings

If the whole team is seeing the same scheduling issue, start in the company settings tab before touching personal overrides.

  1. Managers can configure both company and personal tabs.
  2. Use personal settings for user-specific preferences, not as a workaround for broken company defaults.

Adjust the default view and display mode

Set the view that should load first so recruiters land on the calendar layout they actually use.

  1. Choose the view that matches how interviews are actually scheduled.
  2. Keep the default simple unless the team has a clear reason to prefer something else.

Adjust time range and slot length

Review the visible start and end times plus the slot duration. These settings control how dense or noisy the calendar feels.

  1. Keep slot duration aligned with how interviews are actually booked.
  2. Trim the visible day range if it is showing hours nobody uses.

Clean up calendar statuses separately

Open calendar statuses

The statuses page is where you keep labels and colors understandable. Use it when the calendar is readable structurally but the status list itself is messy.

  1. Review status names and color choices together.
  2. Retire outdated statuses instead of leaving them in the list forever.
