What is included?
The plan includes up to 20 users and the core CareerATS hiring tools: applicants, openings, templates, workflows, interviews, offers, reports, and administration.
Is the $77.75 price per user?
No. $77.75 is the flat monthly price for the account and includes up to 20 users. At all 20 users, that works out to about $3.89 per team member, but CareerATS is not billed per user.
How does the free month work?
You can create an account without a credit card and use CareerATS free for one month. Add billing before the free-access period ends to keep using the service at $77.75 per month. If you do not add billing, account access pauses when the free month ends.
How does cancellation work?
An administrator with billing access can schedule cancellation from the Billing page. The subscription remains active through the current billing period and then ends.
How long does implementation take?
CareerATS includes a guided setup checklist for company settings, users, workflows, communication, scheduling, and your first opening. Timing depends on your process and how much you want to configure.
Can you migrate our existing recruiting data?
Contact services@careerats.com before signup to review your current system, data format, and migration needs. Migration availability depends on the source and scope.
What support is included?
The plan includes guided setup support and access to the CareerATS help center. Contact services@careerats.com when you need help or want to discuss your setup.
Which integrations does CareerATS support?
CareerATS supports configurable connections for Google Calendar, email and SMTP, SMS providers including Twilio and SignalWire, and supported job-board feeds and application workflows. Third-party accounts or approvals may be required, so confirm any must-have integration before signup.
What if we need more than 20 users?
The published plan includes up to 20 users. Contact services@careerats.com before signup if you need more users or have specific volume requirements.
