Manage company settings

To update company settings:

  1. Go to Admin > Company > Settings.
  2. Change the setting you need.
  3. Click Save changes.
  4. Check the part of CareerATS that uses this setting.

Configure interviewer applicant snapshots

  1. Turn on Send applicant snapshots to assigned interviewers.
  2. Use the default company SMTP setting, or choose a sender SMTP override.
  3. When an interviewer is assigned or changed on a saved interview, CareerATS emails that interviewer a quick applicant snapshot.
  4. The interviewer sees applicant name, opening, interview date and time, schedule, applicant email, applicant phone, and resume availability.
  5. The email includes a secure link that does not require a CareerATS login and expires after 72 hours.
  6. If no resume files were available when the email was sent, the snapshot clearly says no resume files were available.
  7. Use Resend interviewer snapshot from the interview modal if the interviewer email changed or the original email needs to be sent again.
