Funnel report

What this report is for

Open funnel report

The Funnel report counts entries that reached each configured stage and every required stage before it. It exists to turn recruiting activity into a clear conversion path from entry through hire.

  1. The generic funnel is the company default until an authorized user saves company-specific stages.
  2. Custom funnels can represent different processes, statuses, flags, activities, folders, or completed schedules.

How to use the funnel

Open Change filters, select a period, opening, or first booking user, and apply the filters. Use the funnel list to switch reports, and edit or create a funnel when the stages do not match the process you want to measure.

  1. The date range selects entries by entry-created date.
  2. Opening limits the starting cohort to one opening.
  3. Booked by uses the user responsible for the first qualifying interview booking.

How to read the funnel

The first stage is the starting cohort. Each later count is sequential: an entry must satisfy that stage and all earlier required stages. Read “from previous” as stage-to-stage conversion and “of starting entries” as overall conversion.

  1. Observed means a direct signal exists for that stage.
  2. A lower count identifies leakage between two stages.
  3. A later observed count may exceed an earlier one, but sequential counts remain ordered.
  4. Entries by day shows cohort volume; Sequential stage shows the furthest ordered stage reached.
