Reports Overview
What this report is for
The Reports overview brings applicant volume, pipeline counts, interview outcomes, opening activity, and communication totals into one starting point. It exists to help managers notice meaningful changes before opening a more detailed report.
- Use it for a regular company-level recruiting health check.
- Use a specialized report when you need filters or row-level detail.
How to use the overview
Read the headline cards first, then compare the applicant trend, pipeline, interview outcomes, and top openings. Choose the detailed report that best explains an unusual number.
- Compare entries with unique applicants; a large difference can indicate repeat entries.
- Compare contacted, interviewed, and hired counts to see where to investigate.
- Use top openings to identify roles driving the company totals.
How to read the overview
Treat the overview as directional, not as a recruiter scorecard. A rising applicant trend shows volume, while pipeline and outcome charts show whether that volume is producing interviews and hires.
- A high volume with weak downstream outcomes calls for Funnel or Sources.
- Unexpected interview outcomes call for Interviews.
- Old or stalled work calls for Pipeline Aging.
