Interviews report

What this report is for

Open interview report

The Interviews report brings scheduled interviews, completed outcomes, no-shows, cancellations, scores, recommendations, and booking ownership into one filtered view. It exists to show whether interviews are being booked and completed effectively.

  1. Scheduled-date mode answers when interviews happen.
  2. Booked-date mode answers when the scheduling work occurred.
  3. The table is the source detail behind the summaries.

How to use the interview report

Set the date and time window, choose scheduled or booked date, then narrow by status, source, recommendation, score, opening, schedule, interviewer, or booking user.

  1. Use scheduled date for attendance and daily operations.
  2. Use booked date to measure booking activity.
  3. Combine filters carefully; every selected condition must match.

How to read the interview report

Read total matching interviews first, then completion, no-show, cancellation, and lead-time metrics. Use the mix charts to explain the totals and the detail table to resolve unusual results.

  1. Completion rate is completed divided by matching interviews.
  2. No-show rate is no-shows divided by matching interviews.
  3. Booking lead time is the time between booking and the scheduled interview.
  4. Status, source, schedule, interviewer, and booked-by charts show distribution rather than conversion.
