Pipeline Aging report

What this report is for

Open pipeline aging

This report groups current entries by folder and measures time since each entry was last updated. It exists to separate the active candidate pipeline from records that may need action or cleanup.

  1. The date range selects entries by creation date.
  2. Age is measured from the entry’s latest update to now.

How to use the aging report

Select the cohort period and apply it. Review folders with the largest 7+, 14+, and 30+ day counts, then investigate those folders in the applicant workflow.

  1. Use a broad range to review the full backlog.
  2. Use a recent range to assess follow-up on new applicants.
  3. Agree on acceptable age thresholds for each folder.

How to read the aging report

Entries is the current candidate count, Average days is the typical time since an update, and the age columns count records at or beyond each threshold. Threshold columns overlap: every 30+ day entry is also included in 14+, 7+, and 3+ days.

  1. High age in an active-review folder usually needs attention.
  2. High age in a terminal or archive folder may be expected.
  3. No folder can indicate workflow or data-cleanup opportunities.
