Recruiter Performance report

What this report is for

Open recruiter performance

This report groups entries by their assigned recruiter and connects assignment volume with contact, scheduling, attendance, no-show, and stale-entry measures. It exists to provide operational context instead of relying on activity totals alone.

  1. Unassigned represents entries without an assigned recruiter.
  2. Results follow the recruiter currently assigned to each entry.

How to use the recruiter report

Choose an entry-created date range and apply it. Compare recruiters with similar responsibilities, openings, and cohort sizes, then use Applicants, Interviews, or Pipeline Aging for supporting detail.

  1. Use a recent period for current coaching.
  2. Use a longer period to reduce noise from small samples.
  3. Review assigned candidate volume before comparing rates.

How to read recruiter results

Entries shows assigned candidate volume; Contacted and Schedule rate show early progress; Attendance and No-show show interview outcomes; Stale 7d shows entries that may need attention.

  1. Rates are more comparable than raw totals when assigned candidate counts differ.
  2. A low schedule rate can reflect source quality, role difficulty, or process—not only recruiter effort.
  3. Pair performance comparisons with opening and source context.
