Score Cards report
What these reports are for
Score Cards has two views: By Opening summarizes scorecard use across roles, while Interview Scorecards shows feedback associated with individual interviews. They exist to reveal both adoption and decision-level detail.
- Use By Opening for coverage and comparison.
- Use Interview Scorecards for individual interview feedback.
How to use score card reports
Choose the tab that matches your question, apply its available filters, and move from summary counts to the underlying opening or interview. Use consistent scorecard templates when comparing results.
- Start By Opening when auditing completion across the company.
- Start Interview Scorecards when reviewing a candidate or interview.
- Do not compare scores from materially different scorecard templates as if they use the same scale.
How to read score card results
Completion measures whether expected feedback was submitted; scores and recommendations describe the submitted feedback. Missing feedback is an operational issue and should not be interpreted as a negative candidate result.
- Compare completed scorecards with interview volume.
- Look for openings or interviewers with recurring gaps.
- Read written feedback with numeric scores and recommendations before making a decision.
