Source Performance report

What this report is for

Open source performance

This report groups entries by their normalized source and compares entries, duplicates, scheduled interviews, attendance, and no-shows. It exists because entry volume alone does not reveal source quality.

  1. Unknown means no usable source was recorded.
  2. Source names are normalized where known variants represent the same channel.

How to use the source report

Select the entry-created date range and apply it. Compare similar periods when evaluating changes in source performance, especially after changing advertising or sourcing activity.

  1. Use enough time for interviews to occur after entries are created.
  2. Avoid judging a source from a very small number of entries.

How to read the source report

Read entries for volume, Duplicate % for waste, Entry → scheduled and Entry → attended for conversion, and attendance for what happened after booking.

  1. A large source with weak conversion may be creating high applicant volume without enough outcomes.
  2. A smaller source with strong attended conversion may deserve more investment.
  3. High no-shows can indicate source fit, expectation setting, or scheduling problems.
