Create SMS connection

To create SMS connection:

  1. Go to Admin > SMS > Setup.
  2. Click New SMS setup.
  3. Enter the Twilio credentials.
  4. Enter the phone number.
  5. Enter the office number.
  6. Enter the visibility setting.
  7. Click Save.
