Create SMS connection

Choose the provider guide

CareerATS supports Twilio and SignalWire SMS connections. Open the guide that matches the provider account you will connect.

  1. Use the Twilio guide when you have a Twilio Account SID, Auth token, and Twilio phone number.
  2. Use the SignalWire guide when you have a SignalWire Project ID, Space URL, Signing Key, API Token, and SignalWire phone number.

Follow the Twilio walkthrough to find the Account SID and Auth token, paste them into CareerATS, validate the credentials, choose a number, and save the connection.

Create a SignalWire SMS connection

Open SignalWire SMS connection guide

Follow the SignalWire walkthrough to gather the Project ID, Space URL, Signing Key, and API Token, then finish the number setup in CareerATS.
